As a psychologist with a focus on technology-enhanced learning and teaching, I work at the Innovation in Learning Institute (ILI) at Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany. In the project “ALL HANDS ON DECK 360°” I am dedicated to the development of digital shipyards as immersive learning environments for traditional boatbuilding knowledge. My role is to understand the needs, interests and work processes of shipyards, boatbuilders, vocational schools and trainees, and to develop digital solutions that enable effective and interactive learning.
